Wildflower honey is a complex mixture of many different floral sources that change all of the time! Common factors that change the flavor profiles: -The season -What's in bloom nearby -The honeybee's preference Typically, Spring honey has a lighter color and more floral flavor while Fall honey is rich in minerals, darker, and has a much deeper flavor.

Pollen is generally found in most products of the hive. If you have seasonal allergies that stem from pollen, it is recommended that you use caution when consuming our hive products. However, Goldenrod honey can be a great supplement in your seasonal allergy treatment. Propolis can trigger allergic reactions due to high concentration of pollen and other botanicals within. It is generally recommended to test propolis out in very small quantities to see how you react before regular use.
